This incident is now resolved. Between approximately 17:06 and 17:52 BST on 20 July,

some images and file attachments failed to display when viewed in the app. The

impact was limited to viewing existing files — no data was lost, and uploads, edits

and saving were unaffected throughout. Thank you for your patience.

SSO provider applied the fix and everything is back to normal.

We identified and reverted the change that was causing failures on our API. The problem is now resolved and everything is back to normal.

We'll be performing maintenance on our internal database, which will temporarily affect the search functionality in TheyDo. During this time, newly created items may not immediately appear in search results. Once the maintenance window ends, the system will resume reindexing any items created during this period.
