Between 13:10 and 14:30 UTC on 30 September 2026, some requests in the EU app were slow or failed. The database disk was saturated. The saturation ended at 14:30 UTC. Requests now complete within the normal time limit.
We continue to watch the database. A further heavy write load can slow requests again until the disk recovers.
