First of all, we would like to apologize to any customers that were affected for this brief service interruption.

During a scheduled configuration change to our infrastructure, an unexpected re-deployment of our application to our API servers was triggered. This would not have been a serious issue by itself, were it not for the fact that the deployment failed, which led to a disruption in our API availability.

We were quickly able to respond and bring our servers back online. Service has resumed as normal and we expect no further issues related to this incident. Measures are being put in place to prevent this from happening in the future.
